An Overview of Top Tabletop Board Games on iOS in Brazil for Q2 2021

The second quarter of 2021 showed varying trends for the top tabletop board games on the iOS platform in Brazil. Data provided by Sensor Tower offers a glimpse into the performance of these games in terms of downloads, revenue, and active users.

Chess - Play & Learn experienced a slight decline in downloads from 7.2K in the last week of March to 3.6K at the end of June. Weekly active users also decreased from 40.5K to 30.5K over the quarter, while revenue peaked at $3K by mid-April before falling to $1.6K by the end of June.

Moonfrog's Ludo Club・Fun Dice Board Game downloads started at 15.8K and saw a modest rise to peak at 12.5K in late June. The game's revenue showed an upward trend in the second half of the quarter, jumping from $798 to $1.4K. Active users showed a similar pattern, peaking at 43K in late May.

Backgammon - Lord of the Board, published by Beach Bum Ltd, had a revenue increase from $293 to $823 by the end of the quarter. However, the game's downloads and active users were minimal, with downloads hitting zero after the week of April 26th and active users declining slightly from 367 to 266.

Gameberry Labs' Parchisi STAR saw a decrease in downloads from 2.3K to 1.7K, but revenue peaked at $521 in the last week of June. Weekly active users started strong at 41.9K but dipped to 35.9K by the quarter's end.

Lastly, Ludo STAR, also by Gameberry Labs, displayed fluctuating download numbers, with an initial drop from 2K to 289 in early May, which then rose to 1.7K by late June. Revenue trends were more consistent, with an increase from $236 to $350 by the end of the quarter, while active users rose from 2K to 2.7K.
